Configure offline protection for only certain times

Hello, I was hoping you might be able to enlighten me as to how we set up specific times where offline raid protection is enabled. For example, I'd like to set it up so that people can only raid between 10am and 10pm EST. Is that possible with this plugin. I'd also like to make sure that players are still protected during safe times even if they're online. Sorry, I'm kind of stupid with this stuff.
