Water Sprinklers

The issue with this base seem to be with the water system. Placing it in the ocean makes salt water go on the planters, I do see the pump, but that doesn't seem to be working (If the pump is supposed to filter the water making it clean/fresh useable water) -- if that's not the case, then what is the pump even for? 

And if this is meant to be placed in the ocean how have the water system use salt water? 

Everything is designed so that when you set up a custom location, you apply a topology mask, then the water will become fresh.

Always apply available modifiers and everything will be fine
