"Image failed to download!" Spam in RCON

Ever since the most recent update, my RCON shows this (picture attached).
After following the link with an "unknown HTML error" I recognized the icon for opening static lootable prefabs.
Upon further review, I noticed in the "/sledit" menu that, in fact, almost all interact icons had failed to load.
Is this just a temporary image hosting issue, or something to be more worried about?
