This plugins doesn't work as it should.

This plugins doesn't work as it should. 
I installed both CustomStatusFramework and SimpleStatus, but neither let the plugin work. 
I have ImageLibrary, ZoneManager too. But the PVPZoneStatus still wouldn't work. Instead they just reports that I don't have the requirements on the server.
