I noticed that every time the server restarts some monuments do not reappear automatically but I have to manually upload them one by one, I tried to delete the files in the given folder and reload them but it still doesn't work...

To make all the monuments spawn one at a time, you need to add all the names of their presets to this list.
And disable the automatic spawn for each monument category.
