Hello, I am having an issue with the Medical perk "Messiah", No matter what you set it to in the configuration. it stays at 50% in the skill Tree

Where are you setting the chance value?

It doesn't get set there.
It's an IO buff, which means its on or off; the modifier doesn't effect it.
You set the value in the medical ultimate settings section of the config: "Chance for the player to resurrect [out of 100]"
