Hello, I've just purchased Kingstown: "Inmate Territory" and have no inmates???

I have the BetterNpc plugin, but...

Where would I find the data files for the inmates?

On your discord you said they were Tunnel dwellers and that I'd need a plugin.

I have that. But I still need the data files for that plugin.

Hey, I'll provide a config for better npc later today. Also, I recently started working on updating the inmate camps so that tunnel dwellers will spawn without requiring a plugin
