Add Option to Check for Caravan before spawn (Feature Request)

So we use both of your plugins and sometimes they really don't like to play well with each other when they run at the same time. Is it possible for you to add a check to both plugins that is basically "Check for active caravan/convoy event before spawning?" at which point you either say yes/no true/false and it will prevent the spawning on that specific event if one is already active. 

This is more of a "ease of use" request rather than anything actually wrong with either mod.

You can use the TimedExecute plugin to set the time when the convoy will appear and when the caravan will appear.
I think this will be the most reliable way.

To do this, you need to disable the automatic launch of  events and run them by the command in TimedExecute .
