Cycle and resources and timer

Cycle: How do i enable the cycle with middle click? Its not working after enabling it in the config
Resources: How do i make it so none of these require use of wood/any resources. I would like it for creative purposes.
Timer: how do i disable the progess bar that says "upgrade to 'grade' 30secs" i dont want this progress bar at all I want to just build infinite and cycle through the grades with middle mouse

 

I know about the problem with middle click, you need to wait for an update!
