Raid Blocking Not Stopping Bgrade

The plugin i use is called BuildTools  and it handles bgrade with the command /up 1-4  and upgarding via /up all 1-4.    I just tested it and while raid blocked... it does not stop people from bgrading

This is also not letting people upgrade manually from twig up while raidblocked.. even with the config file set to allow it.

You need to write to the developer of this plugin and ask them to add support for this RaidBlock plugin
