Need help about language file/

I recently purchased your amazing plugin, "Submersible Pump 1.0.13," and I have a question.
I am trying to use this plugin with a Japanese translation.

I placed a Japanese translation file (ja.json) in the "Lang" folder and reloaded the plugin, but the Japanese translation does not appear.

Does this plugin only support English?
For other plugins, placing language files in the "Lang" folder allows Rust to automatically switch the language based on the server's region settings—for example, displaying Japanese in Japan and English in English-speaking regions.

Is it possible to achieve this with your plugin as well?
