I use icedhost to host my server, when starting the server, RCON wont come up, therefore the server wont start

Hmm, sounds like the server might not be booting. Did you check the log? If this server is coming from Oxide you need to remove any modified DLLs in the managed folder. Just delete everything and run validate.

an oxide dll was not letting it start properly, removed it and now everything works fine!
