Quitting jobs / Quit job image

I love this plugin and have it nicely configured with some custom images for each job and some write-ups and its always worked well.

The issue I have is the way to quit the job is hard and no players on my server are able to naturally find this small "Q" that floats to the left of the jobs list menu UI.

Is there a way we can change the "Q" for "Quit Job" or a small image logo? And if that, also for the "X" so we can replace with "Close"?

That would be very helpful for new players.

Also, the image that pops up when you quit doesnt really fit in with Rust at all, the image of a guy in an office getting kicked. Its funny, but its not really with the them of my server at least, is there a way I can remove that or customize it?
