Duplicate signal

Hi, one of the moderators reported the following:

The signal is duplicated if it is launched and you already have cooldown, here is a sample video.

I don't know why it happens, the configuration is practically by default.

This typically happens when another plugin is conflicting with Heli Signals, such as a plugin which limits throwing supply signals etc.
