Found a solution - wrong node version. Now Im resolving other issues, I'll be back here if I succeed or fail

Ok, I managed to set it up yesterday. You would need a full installation guide I guess I use a dedicated debian server, I had to update repositories to update node After that I had some problems setting it up on the discord application settings - but when figured these out (I was a bit stoned to be fair ) it seems to be working just fine

One thing for some reason I fought it has, but it has not is discord <-> steam linking  And with that oxide permission groups <-> discord roles but I guess I'll find another bot for that
