few bugs

great plugin!  so far only found a few bugs which is /killallsites  doesn't work in chat as admin and when running that command via console, it leaves behind builds 

love what you have done with thinking outside the box and will review later!

I did not destroy the building blocks when destroying the location for safety. To avoid accidentally deleting player buildings. It is better to delete it manually
