How do I go about fixing this? Had it spawn above a canyon.

Unload the plugin (the workbenches will despawn).

Open config.

Set the following config option.

  

      "Position in the map where the workbenches spawn [default 0,0,0]": {
        "x": 0.0,
        "y": -500.0,
        "z": 0.0
      }

Reload the plugin.
