One door at Railway Post card reader not lighting up and can't swipe

The one inside the tower lights up and opens, but the one outside does not. The lights around the building come on when flipping the switch, but the door card reader does not. 

I have the rustedit dll file and everything seems to be working except this one door / card reader at railway post custom monument.

It's at K23, but it's working now. There was no fuse box that was interactable before but now there is. I guess my nightly server restart fixed it. Ty anyway for getting back to me so quick.
