Permission Support

Could you add permission support so it can be a vip perk?

I can try? Never tried adding a permission before. But I'll have to try this evening, as I'm off to work right now.

Appreciate it. I hope you figure it out   Its pretty common code across plugins so should be pretty easy to lock it behind a permission node

Will give this a go when I am back home from work. I just need to figure out how to check in the mini is owned by a player with the permission. 

Ok, permission are sort of working. Some plugins that spawn a mini do not tag it with an owner, no owner, no working permissions. Some plugins that spawn do add an ownerID, and in that case it will work. Permission use can be toggles in the config file.
