I dont know if this is the same thing but I just downloaded the update and now it is not loading for me either.  I get this error. Failed compiling 'RaidableBases.cs':
  1. 'RFManager' does not contain a definition for 'GetListenerSet' [CS0117]
     (RaidableBases 49 line 14949)
