Limit indicator / Support for custom items

Hey,

is there now a working indicator to see how much items where placed?

Also support for custom items like sentry turrets would be great.

There is only an indicator chat message, for when you are over the limit. I can add this as a feature request.

This feature was already added in an older version, but this one wasnt working properly.
But yeah would be great if you add this.

I use the BetterSentryPlugin from Razor. The sentry would be the custom item.
