Cannot Build

Hi Adem

Great plugin idea this, excited to get it working properly. 

I cannot seem to build on the ship at all, I read it'll only be low tier and auto skinned, which is fine, but currently I get this:

Hi. You should put up walls, not foundations.

The foundations (ceilings) are already installed and they are invulnerable.

Is there anything specific i can test for you?

TCUpgrades.cs does by pass the upgrade tier:

Please check if the functionality of the brage is preserved after the restart?
Can you get into the cockpit after the restart?

Yes, there are no permits.
