Can you please add a blacklist for items? Whitelist with specific multipliers would be a pain. Just a blacklist for items not affected by any multiplier would be great.

Hey, i want to ask what is wrong with personal rates list? 

You can add items there and set the rate to 1 and it will work as default rate
