Add Config Options to Ignore Twig, Horses

We have found that twig and horses are protected in PVE mode. Some servers, like ours, allow for twig to be broken since it isn't a building material. Some other plugins allow ignoring twig for this reason, like your Raid Protection for example. And PVE players with horses cannot damage them to make them eat so they poop because they are protected, so horse farms are a problem this wipe too.

Twig is coming the next patch, I'll see about Horses as well!

I think I need a little more info. Perhaps your config?

"Owned" vehicles that are spawned by the vehicle license plugin can have their own separate rules setup for them, but you need to enable the config option in order to see them. Did you happen to do this already?

Yes, I enabled it. I don't want PVE players to have their vehicles mounted or looted by other PVE players. I just want them to be able to damage their horses.

I tested it and WarMode doesn't currently stop you from attacking a Horse that is within your own building priv area. Do you happen to have any other plugins that might be affecting this?

Oh interesting, I have been testing with spawned in horses - so that makes sense why it works. I'll try to test it with natural ones.

I don't have a ranch or large barn on this map, so I am not sure about those yet. But horses bought through the Vehicle License plugin are not damageable. So you will need to install that free plugin from umod to see what I am saying.

I think I found the issue - I'm going to DM you a version with it fixed to confirm.
