 Hello,  when i add version 2 it it is setting my config to vanilla, Do i have to remake my entire loottable agin?

You can import your configurations from v1 on the Settings page.

There is no option to import gathering settings from v1 because v2 uses a different system for gathering than v1

How do i set it up for the multiplier?

You load the default loot profile, select all items in it and use the multiply button to multiply them by the desired amount.
