water jug and small water bottle stack in the loot

How can I prevent more than one water jug or water bottle from being found in the loot? The problem is that when I take them and divide them individually, some have no water inside. In the loot profiles I have set max 1 of 1 and in the stack always 1

the loot is handled by your plugin but the stack by stacksizecontroller, if I have your plugin handle the stack I still get the same problem

Please do not use StackSizeController with this plugin as it might interfere and cause unexpected behavior. You should be able to limit the stacks of water bottles and water jugs simply by setting their stack size to 1.
