Able to recycle item with skin

Hello. So I am having an issue where players can still recycle the item "paper" with the skinID "3276105427". I have it defined like this in the config

Uhm. I uploaded it and it crashed my server.

Did you update it while the server was running, were there any problems after the restart?

I just tested it again and I can't reproduce your error and I can't understand your screenshot with the error message.
