Survey charges stopped working

I had a player tell me that when he throws a survey charge, in case he wants to place a physical quarry or pumpjack, that they stopped exploding when I added this. Does this plugin affect that?

Because normal surveys are not supported by the plugin. I can add option to enable to throw surveys, but the resources in quarries will have vanilla values.

I can add more values into config like customizing monument quarries and pumpjacks and different values for normal placed ones etc. but in future updates.

For now I've added config option for enabling throwing survey charges.

Support for default quarries and monument ones soon.
