Add support for ' player must be holding "x" item '

Wanted to know if you would be able to add into the plugin and config an area for server owners to put in a tool shortname that they must be holding in order for the always bonus to work. for example that I want to use this for, Trees.

I want the player to have to be holding/using a chainsaw for the always bonus to apply. if they do not hold a chainsaw, the tree will have to be chopped down normally, walking around the tree, hitting the red X
