Problems with adding plugins to the welcomepanel

Hi, today i bought almost all plugins for the welcomepanel but only kits are working, the rest of the plugins like

Shop
Vote map 
Social tab
wipe 
ranks 

dont show up at the WelcomePanel, im buzy for hours without result, tested all different things and reloads of plugins but nothing works help!
this is theme 1

in theme 2 all buttons are there but are not linked to the plugins, it seems like some kind of detection error

i use Carbon btw
