Upgrade process won't stop

Hello!

When you hit upgrade, if the resource is not enough for the whole base, the base will begin upgrading until the TC run out material. And it will keep upgrading after you add more resources into the TC. Is it possible to not allow upgrade if the resource is not enough for the upgrade? or is there any way to stop the upgrading process once the TC run out material?

Hello, the plugin watches for the user to add more resources, this is something people wanted adding. i can add something in the config to disable it if you want it!
