when setting custom fishing village location

Running a custom map with a custom fishing village, Buyable Tugboats doesn't FIND  the custom fishing village monument so I added the cords to the config, however with a custom location set in config when I use the following 2 commands

btshowspawnpoints 

btaddspawnpoint

"Fishing Village Monument cant be found"

 

Im at a loss how I can allow players to use the custom fishing village boat sales guy to buy tugboats

 

Any ideas?

 

I am running "Monument Finder" if that helps

If the custom fishing village doesnt use the actual fishing village as a base, it's not compatible. It searches for the fishing village monuments specifically to anchor the locations.
