Stuck after closing panel

Unable to move or use any keys other than ESC and F1 console. Only temporary fix I found for server owners until this is fixed, is to turn the setting for the panel to show upon joining to false.

Server still very new and small pop, posted an advertisement and lost 2 players almost instant because of this.

This problem has happened to me twice now, once on my test server and it magically resolved itself somehow and I brought it over to the real server after I configured everything. I edited a kit and the icon and stuff reloaded WPKits and WelcomePanel and now its having the same stuck problem I was originally having on my test server.

As far as I know simply editing and reloading causes the issue.
