Health at 500 after leaving the Arena

My Health is at 500 after leaving the Arena. When I started with 100. Also another VIP Players health went down to 125 when he is supposed to have 500 Health. I currently use "Better Metabolism" Plugin to give my Paid KING VIP members 500 HP and also adjust different Hunger/Thirst Values for different VIPS of mine. I also disable hunger/thirst with this plugin on other Battlefield servers.

How can we fix this issue? It's pretty broken if players health isn't being adjust back after the event properly to previous values. Thanks so much!  I'd like for players to leave the arena with the same HP/Hunger/Thirst they had before entering the Arena as it should be.
