Overlay iMiniQuestPanel

First of all thanx for your work and effort.
I wanted to ask if you can add some configs into the json:
- Reduce priority of MiniQuestPanel Cui from Overlay to Hud (for example) because it can disturb when you open the inventory, even when you go to take missions.
- Add config into json to move MiniQuestPanel position on screen (top left, top right....)
- Add an option to automatically trigger on the menu when you take a mission (same functionality as if you write /qlist command but triggering automatically) to avoid confusion on newer players and some confort to others.
You can see some of this modifications in recent events like Bellum in Twitch.
