100% protection though only max 50% in config.

Hi, i configured an max of 50% but still players and i have verified that it always goes over 50% sometimes 100% tho we set the max to 50%

Changed the value to 0.1 that should fix it?

0.1 means 90% protection, 1.0 means 0% protection. Do you understand?
