basicaly for some reason nobody needs wood to burn resources in any type of smelter (small furnace, large furnace, oiul refinery etc.) however i never intended for that to be the case and want to fix that...

default have no permisions asigned regarding  setupfurnace plugin...

i noticed my mistake, i gues by default its free smelting and i didnt notice that before, sorry...
