How would I add killing a player as an XP source?

Also : What would be really cool is if killing a player gave one a percentage of the XP lost by that player.

I can add pvp as a source to the next release. Default will be 0 though so you will need to change it.

The xp steal is a cool idea, but I don't think it's something I'll be implementing at this point in time.
