Some NPCs don't get the new loot table configuration

NVG Scientist, Launch Site NPC, Missile Silo NPC
Do not accept new configuration. Blacklist and custom loot do not work. The list is enabled in the settings. There are no other problems.

Temporarily fixed this bug. If you copy the already created configuration files to data/Loottable/default

By default, there are no files in the directory.

npc_missilesilo.json

npc_missilesilo_nvg.json

the default directory is only for default configurations and has nothing to do with the actual loot table

as soon as you save the configuration, the file will be created
