New command, how do I use it?

I can't quite figure out how to use the command you added in the last update. Can you explain to me how to set it up?

give PersonalBuilder item pbuilder.item (args1 - steam id, argument 2 - skin id)

hi, it’s a console command, use like this:

pbuilder.item {STEAM_ID} {ITEM_SKIN_ID}

Item skin id should be from the PersonalBuilder configuration

Okay, but I don't understand how to insert SkinID here. I've tried in several different ways, and it fails.
