I think that happened after i have wiped the map.

Hud icons not showing anymore. Commands like /h open do not bring these back.
/h setup also has missing icons. See screenshots

I am also not able to change some of the values in the setup menu, they cant be clicked.

Actually having the same thing after a server restart - Carbon was probably updated too - will reach out to carbon devs
