Help with counter raiding pvp bases

Im trying to disable the messages related to breaking another players raidable base, i have my server set up to where anyone can counter the raid and take it over, my players CAN damage the raidable base but they get a message saying they are not allowed to damage another players raid base and this treasure belongs to someone else. I tried deleting those messages in the lang file and disabling lockouts in the config but nothing is working. Any advice? thank you!
