This is unfortunately still likely a server error as this is not happening except in very few instances. Depending on how your server is hosted I would look for server support.

I understand, but it doesn't always happen, see text file from today.
Maybe it has to do with what happen at ones on the server, that the plugin have to wait for things what are loaded at the same time.
