FiX problem

1. Оn the page, there are problems with the description, the hours do not change, how much time the player has to play, the timer works, but the description always says 1 hour and the time zone is 5:00 UTC

3. saving settings and wipe commands require a restart of the plugin for correct operation (

4.overlapping UI elements one on one in the last settings page

5.problems with the item menu, players get ammo that doesn't fit the weapon I choose 5.56 for the AK 47 but they don't fire there are also other ammo with the same skin and signed as ammo for that snow gun
