disable global notifications

is there any way to disable the base spawn notification on the global chat?

I have checked that but didnt see an option for the global notifications, only for the personal notifications when you enter the arena or finish the event and such. I would like to disable all notifications. 

check again bud. they're all there under Event Messages in the config

even better, with 2.1.4 the option Send Messages To Player will do this. set it false
