npc's wont spawn after plugin reload or server restart

I spent the time learning to create spawn points and had 10 working spawn points all created with the chat commands. I tested them with no issues, but after my server resets they no longer appear. i try to reload the plugins and the respawn command and nothing. Any ideas?

i just tried it again o.reload BetterNpc  and they will no longer respawn with /spawnpointreload (and the name)

Do you see those files in the data/BetterNpc/Custom folder @Arachnicution?

I would recommend reloading the plugin and paying close attention to the loading messages. It will show you where the plugin stops loading or also point out some common errors as well such as a missing folder.
