Reviews and Testimonials

Submitted reviews receive an initial check for publication suitability and compliance with our Terms of Service. This is not independent verification of every claim or experience. Reviews that meet those standards are generally approved, but artificially manufactured, misleading, or entirely AI-generated reviews may be rejected or removed.

Review Votes and Ratings
Users may mark reviews as “helpful” or “unhelpful.” Reviews with a majority of “unhelpful” votes remain visible but no longer contribute to the file’s overall rating and may appear less prominently. An overall rating therefore may not include every visible review.
Helpfulness votes should assess the usefulness of a review, not reward praise or punish criticism. These rules apply to both positive and negative reviews.
Codefling monitors voting activity and may remove or adjust votes, ratings, or related data that have been manipulated or coordinated. This includes targeted voting or retaliation encouraged by a creator, their associates, or customers. Threats, harassment, and rewards intended to pressure users into changing or removing legitimate criticism are not allowed.
Your Rights and Other Policies
This disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive mandatory consumer protections, or excuse fraud or misleading representations.
