how do i get items to spawn the box full of items

how do i make the boxes fill up with loot instead of one item per box. like i have dup items on but the boxes are not filling up.

I do all the tests out of admin mode now. But probably messing up in the code somewhere I shall look again.

Why is the base not locking or saying it’s locked to the player that damaged a ai or the base. Not even showing in the ui it says none.
