error spamming the console

I am getting an error spamming the console and was wondering if this could be related to this plugin? "ArgumentException: Unable to sort because the IComparer.Compare() method returns inconsistent results. Either a value does not compare equal to itself, or one value repeatedly compared to another value yields different results. I have been using the Vending Manager plugin from umod but it is no longer maintained and fails to compile since today's update. "Error while compiling: VendingManager.cs(1208,19): error CS1501: No overload for method `OnDeployed' takes `1' arguments" Is anyone interested in updating this plugin , or have some advice as to how I could fix it?

I get this from the log Checking ruleset default Found BasePlayer attacking BuildingBlock. Checking ruleset default, zone 0 Found exception match for BasePlayer attacking BuildingBlock No exclusions for BasePlayer to BuildingBlock Player does NOT have building privilege and is attacking a BuildingBlock. Or, player owner is not being targeted by the heli. DAMAGE BLOCKED for BasePlayer attacking BuildingBlock so, how would I allow damage only in the zone where the NPC bases spawn with out allowing it globally ?

The "novehiclefuel.copter" permission works for the mini, if you remove it from the excluded prefab list, I don't see a place to add one in the config and I don't know c sharp. any guidance you could provide is appreciated.

looking for a plugin the removes fuel requirements for vehicles. There is currently one on Umod but it does not include the transport heli. It would be nice to have one that let you select which ones require fuel and perhaps some VIP options.
