Hi. Apparently, there is some kind of problem with the navigation grid on this map. Use this command, it will help you. /caravanroadblock - the event will not be held on the road where you are standing (clear the Blocked roads section of config when you change maps)

Hi. I can't release a minor convoy update right now, because I've already completed a major update, and I'm currently setting up a new default config. The update will be released next week. In this major update, I will fix it.

That's how it works. You can set the time between spawns of the vendor in the config. By default, it will spawn an hour after the server starts, as far as I remember
